  • domestic violence/attempted interference with electronic communications; 41 year old Orion man sentenced to 60 days on first count and 61 days on the second, each credited with 1 day served to run concurrent, to be served on a tether with house arrest as part of a 1 year probation term, $1,385.00 fines, costs, fees.
  • drunk-and-disorderly/two counts of truancy; 33 year old Oscoda woman was sentenced to 60 days in jail, less credit for 36 days served.
  • operating while visibly impaired; 48 year old National City man sentenced to 14 days in jail with 1 day served, 1 year probation, $1,206.00 in assessments, ordered to enroll in a treatment program.

  • operating while intoxicated/operating while license suspended, revoked, denied; 38 year old Hale man was sentenced to concurrent terms of 1 day served and 54 more days either in jail or on a tether, 18 months probation, continue treatment, attend Alcoholics Anonymous 3 times a week, $3,723.00 fines, costs and fees.
  • attempted assault-and-battery; 18 year old woman and 20 year old woman, both of Oscoda ordered to serve 5 days in jail, less credit for 1 day served, as part of 1 year probation; each must pay $830.00 in assessments, enroll in anger management counseling; they share responsibility for $661.00 restitution.
