Hon. Janet M. Allen

A 26 year old Port Huron man pleaded no contest on May 29, 2014, to domestic violence; sentenced on July 7, 2014, to serve 30 days in jail with credit for 10 days served; ordered to pay $829 in restitution, $50 state minimum cost, $130 crime victim rights fee, $325 circuit court costs and $350 attorney fee; placed on probation for 12 months.

A 20 year old Gaylord man pleaded guilty on June 2, 2014, to two counts of weapons carry concealed and operators license suspended allowed suspended person to operate; sentenced on July 7, 2014 to serve 365 in jail with credit for 52 days served; ordered to pay $186 state minimum cost, $350 attorney fee and $130 crime victim rights fee.

A 33 year old Roscommon woman pleaded guilty on April 21, 2014, to controlled substance delivery schedule one-two-three sentenced on July 7, 2014, to serve 60 days in jail with credit for two days served; ordered to pay $130 crime victim rights fee, $350 attorney fee, $68 state minimum cost and $150 penal fine; placed on probation for 18 months.

A 19 year old Grayling man was convicted by jury on May 28, 2014, for child abuse third degree; sentenced on July 7, 2014, to serve 270 days in jail wit credit for 63 days served ordered to pay $751 in restitution, $68 state minimum costs, $350 attorney fee and $130 crime victim rights fee; placed on probation for 24 months.

A 24 year old Suttons Bay woman pleaded guilty on June 23, 2014, to larceny $1,000 to $20,000 and for a probation violation; ordered to serve 24 months to 60 months in prison with credit for 396 days served; ordered to pay $130 crime victim rights fee, $68 state minimum cost, $350 attorney fee, $174.60 late fee assessment and $8,048.70 restitution.

A 21 year old Roscommon man pleaded guilty on June 5, 2014, to weapons danger-miscellaneous, driving failed to maintain security and controlled substance possession of marijuana; sentenced on July 10, 2014, to serve 30 days in jail with credit for two days served; ordered to pay $130 crime victim rights fee, $168 state minimum cost, $350 attorney fee and $200 penal fee; placed on probation for 18 months.

A 51 year old Waterford mad pleaded guilty on June 5, 2014, to operating under the influence of liquor/ per se third-offense. operators license suspended allowed suspended person to operate and convicted by the court for being a habitual offender second conviction’ sentenced on July 10, 2014, to serve 365 days in jail with credit for five days served; ordered to pay $130 crime victim rights fee, $68 state minimum cost and $500 penal fine; placed on probation for 24 months.
