A 30 year old male of Jackson Plead guilty on July 22, 2013, to child support failure to pay; sentenced Oct. 6, 2014, to serve 300 days in jail with credit for 155 days served.

A 28 year old male of Ellsworth Plead guilty on Sept. 8, 2014, to controlled substance possession less than 25 grams; sentenced on Oct. 6, 2014, to serve 210 days in jail with credit for 128 days served.

A 36 year old female of Kalamazoo Plead guilty on Sept. 8, 2014, to false report of a misdemeamor; sentenced on Oct. 6, 2014, to serve two days in jail with credit for two days served.

A 30 year old of Jackson Plead guilty on Sept. 22, 2014, to motor vehicle-unlawful use and to a probation violation; sentenced on Oct. 20, 2014, to serve 31 days in jail with credit for 31 days served.

A 38 year old male of Kalkaska Plead guilty on Sept. 22, 2014, to two counts of controlled substance possession of non-narcotic, controlled substance possession of marijuana second or subsequent offense double penalty and operators license suspended allowed another suspended person to operate second or subsequent offense and found guilty by the court for being a habitual offender third conviction; sentenced Oct. 20, 2014 to serve 365 days in jail with credit for 54 days served.

A 26 year old male of Grayling Plead guilty on Oct. 20, 2014, to assault and battery, malicious destruction of a building and to a probation and no contest to police officer assault; sentenced to serve 33 days in jail with credit for 33 days served.

A 19 year old male of Grayling Plead no contest on Oct. 20, 2014, to assault and battery; sentenced to serve 93 days in jail with credit for 93 days served.

A 32 year old male of Luzerene Plead guilty on Oct. 20, 2014 to larceny less than $200; sentenced to serve 13 days in jail with credit for 13 days served.
