A 63 year old male, was granted a request for random preliminary breath tests (placement with Sobriety Court is possible) and the clerk was to modify the bond. He faces charges of driving while intoxicated, third offense, and transporting open intoxicants in a motor vehicle.

A 41 year old male, pleaded guilty to two counts of probation and was ordered to continue probation and participate in a community mental health program (no jail time was ordered). He was on probation for driving with a suspended license.

A 28 year old female, was sentenced to six months in jail (credit for two days), with the first three months to be served immediately and three months held in abeyance, and 24 months probation. She had been on a delay of sentence for assault with a dangerous weapon.

A 37 year old male, pleaded guilty to two counts of delivery of less than 50 grams of a controlled substance and was subsequently sentenced to two concurrent terms of 20 months to 20 years in prison (credit for 138 days), a $100 attorney fee and $266 in other court assessments. Dismissed was a charge of use of a controlled substance.

A 43 year old male, charged with driving while intoxicated, third offense, possession of marijuana and possession of weapons while under the influence, was scheduled for hearings in jury trial, which is set for February 5, 2015.
