A 75 year old female of St. Helen, was sentenced on a charge of harboring felons to a one-year delay of sentence, 12 months probation, a $100 attorney fee and $198 in other court assessments.

A 30 year old male of Houghton Lake, was sentenced to a one-year delay of sentence, $300 in fines and costs and $198 in other court assessments. He had pleaded no contest to obstruction of justice.

A 40 year old female of Bay City, had her delay of sentence status revoked and was sentenced to 159 days in jail (credit for 159 days) and was discharged from probation withoutimprovement. The probation stemmed from a conviction on charges of possession of less than 25 grams of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance (non-narcotic).

A 69 year old male of Roscommon, was sentenced to 13 months to five years in prision (credit for 68 days), a $50 attorney fee and $198 in other court assessments. He had pleaded guilt to possession of firearms by a felon and possession of ammunition by a felon. He was also dicharged from probation in connection with a previous carrying a concealed weapons charge.

A 35 year old male of New Baltiomore, pleaded guilty to malicious destruction of police/fire property and will be sentenced Feb. 3. Dismissed were two counts of possession of a controlled substance (non-narcotic), one count of driving with a suspended license, one count of driving with no insurance, one count of unlawful use of a license plate and one count of absconding/forfeiting bond.

A 57 year old male of Houghton Lake, charged with first degree home invasion, is ready for trial, which was set for April 9.
