A 50 year old male of West Branch, was sentenced on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third offense, to nine months in jail (credit for two days), with jail time held in abeyance (delayed sentence), 24 months probation.

A 30 year old female of Prescott, was sentenced on a charge of false pretenses between $1,000 and $20,000 to a one-year delay of sentence, 12 months probation.

A 43 year old male of Houghton Lake, pleaded guilty mentally ill to possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a drug house and will be sentenced Febraury 3.

A 50 year old male of St. Helen, was sentenced to 11 months in jail (credit for 54 days), with nine months to be served immediately and the remainder held in abeyance, 18 months probation. He had pleaded guilty to fourth degree fleeing and eluding.

A 44 year old male of Houghton Lake, was sentenced to 12 months in jail (credit for one day), 36 months probation. He had pleaded no contest to third degree home invasion.

A 23 year old male of Prudenville, was sentenced to nine months in jail (credit for 53 days), with seven and a half month to be serve immediately and the remainder held in abeyance, 24 months probation. He was also sentenced to serve seven and a half months in jail (concurrent) on a second count of stalking.

A 35 year old male of Houghton Lake, was sentenced to six months in jail (credit for 54 days), with nine months to be served immediately and the remainder held in abeyance, 18 months probation. He had pleaded guilty to fourth degree fleeing and eluding.
